Flagship Keyholder - Full-Time
We are looking to add a full-time Key Holder at our ABLE Flagship store! As part of the ABLE team, you will support store leadership by helping to cultivate a store environment that consistently delivers the best in customer experience.
We are looking for candidates with retail experience, preferably at specialty retail locations or high-end brands. We envision someone with a vibrant personality, an efficient nature, and natural warmth, someone who represents ABLE well and delights in sharing about our brand. Our ideal candidate will provide exceptional service in all aspects of the sales floor: greeting customers, selling, sharing product and brand knowledge, styling, checking out customers, restocking and shopkeeping.
Position Overview:
● Hours: 35-40 hours per week; must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience & Product Sales:
● Supports a luxury brand experience by offering individualized, genuine, customer connection, making interactions feel comfortable and exciting.
● Acts as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer’s experience.
● Utilize expert product knowledge to offer styling advice while assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
● Actively promote products and offer suggestions to upsell and cross-sell items.
● Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets by driving product sales.
● Handle customer inquiries in a positive and solution-focused manner.
● Stay up-to-date on promotions, sales, and new product arrivals.
Store Maintenance and Operations:
● Assist with inventory management, restocking, and merchandising to ensure the sales floor is visually appealing and well-organized.
● Ensure the store environment remains clean and presentable.
● Efficiently handle register transactions, including cash transfers.
● Prepare the store for business by completing daily opening tasks, including disarming alarms, performing cash drawer audits, and ensuring all displays and merchandise are organized.
● Conduct end-of-day procedures such as cash reconciliation and locking down the premises. ● Train team members on opening and closing protocols to ensure store readiness and security.
Brand Aesthetic, Values and Mission:

Inspect returned merchandise, checking for quality and condition of items
Repackage returns including retagging for resale
Distribute returned items to their proper location
Data entry as needed
Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times
Other tasks as required to meet warehouse team goals
Qualifications and Skills
Proven work history of being reliable and trustworthy
Willing to step in and get the job done wherever necessary
Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal
Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand on feet for extended periods
